Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Architect with strong expertise in Snowflake development, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle-to-Snowflake migration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable data warehouse solutions, leading migration initiatives, and implementing modern data platforms using Snowflake and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions on Snowflake.
• Lead end-to-end migration of databases and applications from Oracle to Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake objects including databases, schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and tasks.
• Leverage Oracle PL/SQL expertise to analyze, transform, and migrate legacy code to Snowflake.
• Design and implement real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using Kafka.
• Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture and migration strategies.
• Ensure data security, governance, and best practices across the Snowflake ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake Architecture and Development.
• Expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience in Oracle-to-Snowflake migration projects.
• Experience with Kafka for streaming data integration.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
