Role Description We are looking for an experienced

Part-Time Technical Interviewer with over 10 years of industry experience in

Gainsight, SnapLogic Pipelines, API Integration, ETL, SaaS Integration, or Data Governance . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct objective technical interviews while providing detailed and actionable candidate evaluations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical screening and in-depth interviews for candidates.
• Evaluate candidates on technical knowledge, hands-on expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Assess practical experience in Gainsight, SnapLogic, API integrations, ETL processes, SaaS platforms, and Data Governance.
• Validate candidates' understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Submit interview feedback within the defined turnaround time.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the interview process.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• Strong expertise in

Gainsight Administration and Configuration .

• Hands-on experience with

SnapLogic Pipelines and integration development.

• Strong knowledge of

REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and API Integration .

• Experience designing and implementing

ETL/ELT workflows .

• Strong understanding of

SaaS Integration concepts and cloud-based applications.

• Experience in

Data Governance , data quality, data stewardship, and data management best practices.

• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.
• Understanding of integration architecture, middleware, and enterprise application integration.
