SMT Production Line Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations on FUJI machines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes, including component placement, wire bonding, and soldering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of FUJI machine operation and SMT process control.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume production lines with multiple shifts.
