SMT Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production processes to meet quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manpower planning, material availability, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SMT process knowledge including PCB assembly, component placement, wire bonding, etc.
• Excellent manpower planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
