SMT - Maintenance Engineer.

1 Knowledge on SMT machine operation and Maintenance experience

2 Mechanical modification or correction hands on experience

3 Pneumatic circuits knowledge and hands on experience

4 Should have SMT process knowledge

5 Mechanical knowledge on fixtures ,jigs basic knowledge

6 Spare management knowledge as per requirements

7 Hands on experence on Mounting defects reduction and its precaution measures

8 ISOTS / EMS audit system knowledge

9 AOI , Mounting machine programming knowledge

10 Break down analysis experience of special purpose machine

11 Ensuring on time maintenance completeion and ensuring relavent documents

12 Safety system awareness and ensuring the safe environment at work area

13 Knowledge on PLC, HMI experience

14 Should have knowledge on HVAC systems for operation and maintenance

15 Ideas generation about power saving, cost saving and quality improvements etc.
