Smt Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic faults. Maintain machine uptime and ensure minimal production downtime.
• Coordinate with Production and Process teams to improve machine performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow TPM/5S practices.
• Support machine installation, calibration, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and PCB assembly.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in an EMS manufacturing environment will be preferred
