SMT Machine Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform breakdown maintenance on SMT equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Good knowledge of SMT Pick & Place machines, Screen Printers, Reflow Ovens, SPI/AOI machines, and related SMT equipment.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for machine maintenance procedures, including work instructions and records.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in breakdown maintenance, machine handling, or related field.
• Strong understanding of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) principles.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in machine maintenance processes.
