Role Summary:
Responsible for supporting OT platforms, data integration, and technical troubleshooting in Medtech and industrial environments. Works closely with site teams, vendors, and global IT/OT teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing digital initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Support OT platforms such as Ignition, Kepware, Canary, HighByte, and Sepasoft
- Configure and troubleshoot OT applications, servers, and related infrastructure
- Support OT data collection, data sets, and data streams
- Implement new software and provide day-to-day technical support
- Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and global IT/OT teams to resolve technical issues
- Support OT requirements for upcoming AI and data initiatives
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8-10 years of experience in OT, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with Ignition, Kepware, Canary, HighByte, and Sepasoft
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP)
- Experience with industrial historians, SCADA, MES, and data integration platforms
- Knowledge of OT networking, server administration, virtualization, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience in Medtech or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills
- Availability for meetings during US hours till US afternoon

Qualifications:
- BE / BTech in Engineering, Automation, or related discipline
