Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.
• Support the development and execution of social media marketing strategies.
• Conduct hashtag research, competitor analysis, and trend research.
• Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for social media creatives.
• Assist in creating social media content calendars.
• Monitor social media engagement, including likes, comments, shares, and followers.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally under team guidance.
• Analyze social media performance using platform analytics tools.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement.
• Support organic social media campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and an interest in social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing tools.
