SME Trainer Healthcare

Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver new hire and refresher training programs for the healthcare domain
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and resolve process and domain-related queries of trainees
• Conduct training needs analysis and track trainee performance through assessments
• Prepare training material, process documents and feedback reports
• Coach agents to improve quality, productivity and customer experience
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to close process gaps

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Trainer / SME, with healthcare domain exposure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage a batch and handle the classroom confidently
• Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
• Location: Pune / Kochi / Hyderabad
