Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Financial Services or Insurance Operations.
• Strong understanding of UK Life Insurance processes, ARF, and Investment products.
• Experience managing teams, driving performance, and handling operational escalations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
