Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Outbound Operations process and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Handle outbound calls with customers for documentation, verification, and pending document collection.
• Coordinate with customers to complete required documentation within defined timelines.
• Lead and manage a team handling outbound documentation calls.
• Monitor daily calling activity, pending cases, closures, and team productivity.
• Guide team members on process, documentation requirements, and customer handling.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and proper documentation as per process requirements.
• Resolve customer queries related to documentation and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Outbound Operations / Customer Service / Insurance / BFSI.
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of documentation and verification processes.
• Ability to manage team productivity and process adherence.
• Insurance/BFSI experience will be preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target- and process-oriented environment.
