Role: Italian & Spanish Language SME

Location: Bangalore
Experience: Relevant experience in Italian/Spanish language process
Language Requirement: B2 level certification mandatory
Notice Period: Maximum 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Italian and Spanish language processes.
  
• Provide language and process support to team members and operations.
  
• Handle complex language-related queries and provide accurate resolutions.
  
• Ensure quality and accuracy of customer interactions/content in Italian and Spanish.
  
• Support training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
  
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and language guidelines.
  
• Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to improve overall process performance.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve language/process-related issues.
  
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  
• Maintain compliance with defined process and quality standards.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish at B2 level.
  
• Valid B2 language certification is mandatory.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
  
• SME, quality, training, or operations experience will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates should be willing to work from Bangalore.
  
• Notice period: 30 days or less preferred.
