Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Manage a team of engineers to implement fire protection systems, including design, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for building maintenance services.
• Develop reports on hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry with expertise in fire protection systems.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification (e.g., ADIS).
• Strong understanding of HIRA (Hazard Identification) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing teams responsible for building maintenance services.
