SME Cheque Fraud

This is regarding a permanent Job opening with one of our MNC Client

Minimum 3+ Years exp in cheque Fraud

Key Responsibilities

-Make critical decisions regarding cheque holds, processing delays, and risk mitigation measures.

- Strong understanding of fraud alerts, fraud decisioning, customer authentication and card blocking processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interpret fraud patterns, operational metrics and trend data.

- Strong people-management and coaching skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive fraud operations.

- Strong stakeholder-management and escalation-handling skills.

Required Qualifications:

Associate or bachelors Degree, preferably in field of Accounting, Finance Math or Statistics

Certification such as ACAMS or CFE, or any local fraud certification, will provide a competitive advantage.
