SME BMS

Key Responsibilities BMS Operations & Monitoring Operate and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for data center infrastructure. Monitor key parameters including temperature, humidity, rack power consumption, cooling performance, and system alarms. Generate daily and monthly operational reports for infrastructure monitoring and SLA compliance. Ensure timely configuration and integration of BMS during new customer provisioning. Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring Monitor health and performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and environmental systems. Review alarm logs, controller status, access logs, CCTV systems, and fire safety systems on a daily basis. Conduct facility rounds and validate BMS data with field readings. Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate mitigation actions with operations teams. Project Execution – Data Center Systems Execute automation and ELV projects including Fire Detection & Suppression, Life Safety, Security Systems, BMS, and PLC/SCADA. Participate in system design review, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning. Support FAT, SAT, and Integrated System Testing (IST) for automation and infrastructure systems. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors during project execution. Automation & System Integration Integrate PLC, SCADA, BMS, and DCIM platforms with electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Interpret P&ID drawings, system architecture diagrams, and control logic charts. Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting. Customer & Compliance Support Support customer audits, SLA reporting, and compliance requirements. Follow up on service requests and incident reports with internal teams and OEM support teams. Assist in RFP responses, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation. Training & Team Support Provide technical guidance and training to BMS operators and facility teams.
