Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, quality scores, and first-call resolution rates.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in BPO sales processes and procedures is required.
