Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in International Rewards & Compensation, preferably with exposure to the UK market.
- Strong understanding of global compensation frameworks, reward programs, and benchmarking.
- Candidates should have knowledge of international laws, governance, and regulatory requirements. Local market experience alone will not be sufficient..
