Required Skills & Experience

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency with Smartsheet: advanced formula authoring, Bridge workflow configuration, Dynamic Views, cross-sheet references, and sheet-ID-level administration.
• Experience building or maintaining Smartsheet Bridge automations; familiarity with trigger-event types (row_created vs. row_updated), state graphs, logictree modules, and compose_text patterns.
• Ability to read and validate a multi-level automation cascade and diagnose failures from run logs.
• Understanding of ERP integration patterns.
• Competency in data reconciliation: able to design and interpret reconciliation outputs (row-count mismatches, rate-card gaps, shard-counter ceiling approach) and escalate findings appropriately.

Program & Project Management:

• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-phase, multi-workstream technology implementation with hard go/no-go gates.
• Ability to manage parallel workstreams and enforce sequencing discipline where hard dependencies exist.
• Skilled at cohort-based cutover planning across geographically and procedurally heterogeneous markets.
• Experience writing and maintaining operational SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of extensive experience in Smartsheet.
• Preferred - Smartsheet Certified User, Certified Professional, and Certified Bridge Builder
