Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Smartdata Executive to handle data related tasks. This role involves working on creating and modifying bus schedules, Staff rosters, duty assignments, booking management etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be aligned with the operations team and Smart data team for the SmartBus Vertical.
• Will be responsible for end-to-end data entry in the system and related operations activities.
• Review all documents and information for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
• Flexible to work on ad hoc requests.
• Monitoring different dashboards and preparing reports
• Communicating with customers for the booking related updates/changes
• Coordinate with different teams to get issues resolved.
• Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 years of Previous customer service or Data entry experience.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attributes:
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and processes.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 9 hrs. rotational shift
• Week off: 6 days working with a rotational week off.
