Role & responsibilities

• 5 years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro (Mandatory)
• Experience in ELP (Effective License Position) creation , SLC ( software licensing )
• Strong experience in:
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• License reconciliation, compliance, and audit support
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
• Vendor licensing exposure (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware)

Additional Notes:

• Certifications are not mandatory (Good to have)
• Candidates should be open to hybrid work (one day WFO per week)
• Preferred locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Gurugram.
• Should be flexible to work in US shift timings
