Mission Statement

Provide a wide range of exceptional slimming services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCC’s standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.

Outcomes and Accountabilities

1. High Quality of Service, delivering specialized services in slimming category as well as operation of slimming appliances as per the SOP

2. Client Consultation advice in simple words about the basic principle of therapies and appliances

3. Ensure that the trolley and bed setting in the therapy and appliance rooms is done as per the SOP and cleanliness of room and appliances is maintained.

4. Client Referrals by identifying skin/hair issues and referring clients to appropriate experts.

5. Disinfect appliance pads with a germicidal like savlon and Dettol before every session and clean them periodically (every fortnight cleaning in water boiled for 20 minutes so that they are sterilized) as per SOP.

6. Hygiene and Equipment Maintenance by ensuring tools & equipment are sterilized and well-maintained after each execution.

Competencies

1. Technical Expertise in hands-on execution of services with proficiency in slimming treatments.

2. Take and record the measurements of the client at the Enquiry Stage (waist circumference or any other problematic area) / At the time of Zero session and thereafter at the end rolling period for full body and every alternate session for spot reduction therapies as per SOP.

3. Measurements (whole body / problematic area) to be entered in the CPR accurately and signatures taken from the client and that of self.

4. Adhere to the Medical Contraindications with respect to Therapies & Appliances as guided by the Doctor, Physiotherapist and Dietician prior to giving of the respective session.

5. Sales Acumen to soft sell packages and products.

6. Attention to Detail, to maintain high standards of hygiene & personal appearance.

7. Organizational Skills allowing efficient management of appointments & records.

Job Responsibilities

Perform Slimming/ Weight Loss services

1. Execute appliance / therapy session as per SOP always ensuring comfort to the client.

2. Deliver expected Weight loss & CM loss for scientific service delivery and customer delight and maintain record duly undersigned by the client and self.

Client Consultation and Sales

1. Provide weight/inch loss or maintenance advice and soft sell slimming packages and products.

Hygiene and Maintenance

1. Sterilize and maintain equipment, organize raw ingredients, and handle slimming tools responsibly. Maintain proper slimming product stock and timely update the slimming head on stock requirement.

Client Referrals

1. Recognize and refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative Tasks

1. Schedule appointments, maintain slimming service records, and generate required reports.

Continuous Improvement

1. Attend staff and training meetings, upgrade skills, and multitask as needed.

Experience and Education

Passed class 10, Hands-on-experience, Apprenticeship Training. At least 2-3 experience in a similar industry. Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, and be comfortable with transfers.
