Reglow Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a highly skilled and patient-focused Skin Therapist who excels in patient counselling, treatment conversion and hands-on skin and aesthetic procedures.The ideal candidate should be confident in explaining treatments, building patient trust, addressing concerns and helping patients choose suitable procedures recommended by our dermatologist. The candidate must also be proficient in performing laser hair reduction, advanced facials and other skin treatments.This is primarily a hands-on clinical and patient-facing role, with responsibility for delivering excellent treatment experiences, supporting treatment bookings and encouraging repeat visits.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Counselling & Treatment Conversion* Counsel patients on their skin and aesthetic concerns and understand their expectations.* Explain dermatologist-recommended procedures, benefits, expected results, number of sessions, pricing, downtime and aftercare clearly and professionally.* Address patient concerns regarding pricing, treatment effectiveness, safety and the number of sessions required.* Help patients make informed decisions and encourage bookings for suitable treatments through effective communication and trust-building.* Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans or are due for repeat sessions.* Explain appropriate skincare products and home-care routines recommended by the dermatologist.* Build long-term patient relationships and improve treatment adherence, retention and satisfaction.* Maintain ethical counselling standards without pressuring patients or making unrealistic promises.2. Hands-on Skin & Aesthetic Treatments* Independently perform laser hair reduction using the clinic’s laser equipment.* Perform Hydrafacial, Oxygeneo facials and other advanced facial treatments.* Perform laser toning and other approved skin treatments within the candidate’s training and competency.* Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and consumables before procedures.* Follow appropriate hygiene, infection-control and equipment-safety protocols.* Provide pre-treatment instructions and post-treatment care guidance.3. Assisting the Dermatologist* Assist the dermatologist during PRP, GFC, chemical peels and other dermatological or aesthetic procedures, as trained and authorised.* Prepare equipment and materials and support patient preparation and comfort.* Follow clinical protocols and promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns to the dermatologist.4. Treatment Coordination & Clinic Support* Coordinate with the receptionist regarding treatment bookings, patient follow-ups and scheduling.* Maintain accurate treatment records and required consent documentation.* Monitor treatment consumables and ensure equipment readiness.* Contribute to improving treatment bookings, repeat visits and patient satisfaction.* Help maintain a professional, hygienic and premium clinic environment.Candidate Requirements* 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Skin Therapist in a dermatology, skin or aesthetic clinic.* Strong hands-on experience in laser hair reduction and advanced facial treatments is essential.* Excellent patient counselling, communication and persuasion skills.* Demonstrated ability to explain aesthetic procedures confidently and convert suitable patient enquiries into bookings.* Ability to handle patient concerns regarding pricing, results, treatment duration and safety.* Experience with Hydrafacial, Oxygeneo, laser toning and other aesthetic procedures is preferred.* Experience assisting a dermatologist is an advantage.* Professional appearance, empathy, confidence and a patient-first attitude.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an expert Skin Therapist who is equally excellent at counselling patients.
