Job Description Technical Skill Development Trainer

Function: Technical Skill Development

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training programs for operators, technicians and apprentices.
• Develop training modules for Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, EV and Manufacturing skills.
• Provide hands-on practical training on machines, tools, equipment and production processes.
• Assess trainee knowledge, practical skills and competency.
• Identify skill gaps and prepare individual/team development plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams for training requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and skill matrices.
• Support new employee induction, OJT and upskilling/reskilling programs.
• Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and plant requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related technical field.
• Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/EV technologies.
• Good communication, presentation and hands-on training skills.
• Experience in technical skill development, OJT and competency assessment preferred.
