Skill Development Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement skill development programs for government officials, focusing on leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and training providers.
• Manage tenders related to skill development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on tender management processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (e.g., consulting, education).
• Strong understanding of government relations and ability to build effective partnerships.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
