Job Summary
Build and enhance modern digital experiences using Sitecore CMS and the Microsoft technology stack. In this role, you'll develop scalable web applications, create engaging content-driven experiences, and integrate enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer journeys. You'll work closely with architects, content teams, and business stakeholders to design, build, and optimize digital platforms that support business growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities - Sitecore Development - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Sitecore CMS and .NET technologies. Build and customize Sitecore components, templates, rendering, and content structures. Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Content Management Integration - Configure Sitecore content architecture, workflows, and personalization features. Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems. Support content migration, deployment, and multi-site implementations.
- Testing Support - Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance optimizations. Support deployments, releases, and environment management activities. Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure application stability and reliability.
- Collaboration Quality - Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions. Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices. Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
