Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior work activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and other interior works.
• Ensure projects are completed within the assigned timelines
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure contractors follow work schedules and quality standards.
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution.
• Good understanding of interior drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, and finishing works.
• Ability tou manage multiple contractors and site workers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple project sites.
