Site Supervisor

Shubh Engi-Tech is looking for two Site Supervisors to manage day-to-day work on our government project sites, including forest staff quarters, office buildings, compound walls and khar land bund works for the Forest Department, Kharland Department (WRD) and PWD across Raigad district.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise labour and subcontractors daily and allot work as per the site engineer's plan

- Check line, level, plumb, reinforcement, shuttering and curing

- Receive and record materials; maintain stock and labour attendance registers

- Take site measurements and photographs for billing

- Ensure workers use safety gear and keep the site clean and barricaded

- Send daily progress updates and photos to the office

- Coordinate with the site engineer and department staff during inspections

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Draughtsman Civil / Surveyor), or 12th pass with strong site experience

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in building or civil site supervision

- Ability to read basic drawings and take measurements

- Willing to stay at or travel daily to sites in Uran, Panvel, Alibag, Murud and Roha

- Own two-wheeler with valid licence preferred

- Marathi and Hindi; basic English

- Basic smartphone use (WhatsApp photos and updates)
