Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate installation of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel structures.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop detailed plans for site planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to PEB fabrication erection.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field with expertise in PEB/steel structure construction.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Strong understanding of site supervision principles and practices.
