Site Supervisor

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Ensure materials, machinery, and manpower are available as required.
• Monitor workmanship and coordinate quality inspections.
• Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, material consumption records, and site documentation.
• Identify site-level issues and report delays, risks, and resource requirements to management.
• Assist in controlling wastage, rework, and unnecessary expenditure.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of construction execution and site safety.
