Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities at residential and commercial construction sites.
• Coordinate masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders, plumbers, electricians, and other labour teams.
• Monitor execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
• Ensure site work follows the drawings and instructions provided by engineers.
• Track daily labour attendance, productivity, and work progress.
• Monitor construction material availability, consumption, and wastage.
• Inform engineers and management about material requirements in advance.
• Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs.
• Ensure construction work meets company quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Report technical issues, delays, and quality concerns immediately.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates familiar with RCC, masonry, finishing works, and residential construction site operations.

• Practical knowledge of residential building construction.
• Labour handling and contractor coordination.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings.
• Material management and site reporting.
• Ability to handle day-to-day site activities independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
