About this role
Role & responsibilities
(1) Ensure site construction is carried out as per drawings and as per laid .construction quality standards.
(2) Ensure material is used by the contractor as per W.O. and S.O.P.
(3) Ensure material is received at site as per the B.O.M. Also ensure make, quality and qty.
(4) Safety compliance is strictly followed by all Labour.
(5) Sending reports.
(6) Co-ordination for timely completion of project with all concerned.
(7) Co-ordinate with customer.
Preferred candidate profile
(1) Experience of handling industrial / warehouse projects at site.
(2) Knowledge of reading site drawings.
(3) Experience of handling contractors and Labour.
(4) Technical qualification would be preferred.
