Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee on-site interior work /Fit Out work execution as per drawings and timelines.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour for smooth progress.
  
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications.
  
• Manage material deliveries, measurements, and daily site reports.
  
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and timely project completion.
  
• Liaise with design and project teams for updates and issue resolution.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
  
• 2 to 5 years of on-site interior project supervision experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
  
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with vendors & contractors.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible for site delivery.
