Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate and allocate work to workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used.
• Check measurements and work progress on a daily basis.
• Maintain site records, attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor work schedules and report delays or site issues.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• Identify and report defective or incomplete work and ensure corrective action.
• Coordinate with other teams to avoid delays and work conflicts.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work site.
• Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic construction methods and practices.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality requirements.
• Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
