Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports using MS Projects or similar tools.
• Manage labor resources effectively to meet project requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to site execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Diploma/B.Tech (Computers) degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of site planning, execution, labor control, and site supervision principles.
• Proficiency in MS Projects software for managing projects.
