Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available as required.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
• Identify and report site issues to the management.
• Maintain daily work and attendance records.
• Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in site supervision preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction/site operations.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle workers and manage daily site activities.
• Willingness to work at the site and manage responsibilities independently
