Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities at landscape project sites.
• Ensure all landscaping works are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage and guide workers, gardeners, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, site progress, and daily work activities.
• Supervise planting, irrigation, landscape installation, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper execution of softscape and basic hardscape works as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Landscape Designers, Clients, Vendors, and Contractors for site requirements and updates.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, progress reports, measurements, and other site documentation.
• Monitor the availability and proper utilization of plants, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the project team to implement practical and timely solutions.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety standards and project requirements.
• Support the project team in achieving timely, efficient, and quality-driven project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 14 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, or site supervision. Should have hands-on knowledge of plantation, irrigation, landscape installation and maintenance, manpower and subcontractor supervision. Ability to understand basic drawings/site layouts, monitor materials and progress, maintain daily reports, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality and safety standards. Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills required.
