Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee firestop installation works at data center project sites and ensure smooth execution while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for data center projects.
• Generate and manage work permits in compliance with site safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and client requirements.
• Carry out site surveys and take accurate measurements for execution.
• Prepare quantity measurements and assist in billing documentation.
• Coordinate and manage labour teams, productivity, and attendance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and the office for daily progress updates.
• Maintain site records, reports, and material usage.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
