Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final client sign-off.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per project schedules.
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other specialized vendors.
• Ensure work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Take accurate site measurements and prepare/verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials and execution.
• Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and verify delivered materials.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and cross-check installations.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with designers to resolve technical queries.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior execution.
• Strong understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, custom furniture, false ceilings, civil work, painting, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed AutoCAD drawings.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
• Excellent site planning and execution skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related Technical Discipline.
