Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of site progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by enforcing housekeeping rules.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision).
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
