Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the township project site.
• Monitor execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate and manage labour, contractors and subcontractors at site.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed as per required standards.
• Check site measurements and coordinate with the Civil Engineer and Surveyor.
• Supervise activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, roads, drainage and other civil works.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work and project milestones.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and project team for smooth site operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience in residential, township or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Good experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and site layouts.
• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality standards.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
• Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day site activities will be preferred.
