Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Site Locations: Project sites across Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 5+ years

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 2 to 5+ years of experience in supervising civil construction projects.

Candidates should be willing to travel and work at various project sites across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :-

Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline.

Inspect ongoing work and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.

Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.

Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with the Store and Purchase teams.

Identify project risks, delays, and quality concerns, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

Key Skills :-

Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.

Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Willingness to travel to different project sites across Mumbai.
