Role & responsibilities

Waterproofing Site Execution for different areas - Podium, Toilets, Balconies, Terrace and Basements, Planning of Effective Manpower Utilization and Safety, Testing and Leakage Rectification, Material Management- Inventory and Forecast, Measurement records - Making Joint Measurement Records, Excel Sheets, Autocad, Co-ordination with Client Engineers and PMC for timely bill certification, Daily Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Waterproofing and Construction Project Team Handling, Awareness about complete waterproofing application chain from surface preparation to final testing/handover. Knowledge of Construction Site Practices and Safety, Working Knowledge of Excel and Autocad, Ability to read Construction Drawings, Good Communication and Co-ordination Skills.
