Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage labor resources effectively by planning schedules, allocating tasks, and addressing employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong knowledge of civil site engineering principles including building codes, zoning regulations, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Male Candidates Preferred.
• Language Proficiency: English, Malayalam & Hindi
