Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering / BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Freshers can apply
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed their qualification. Currently pursuing candidates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide product-related support.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Support marketing and technical service activities.
• Conduct site/customer visits as required.
• Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
