Job Description

We are looking for experienced and qualified Site Safety Officers to manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities at our project sites across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, statutory compliance, and implementation of safety procedures at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and client-specific safety requirements.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for hot work, work at height, confined-space entry, and electrical maintenance.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the site.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
• Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, housekeeping, and environmental safety.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, audit records, and incident registers.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and client representatives to ensure a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
• ADIS / PDIS certification is mandatory.
• 5 To 7 years of relevant experience in industrial safety, site safety, or HSE management.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, accident prevention, PTW, LOTO, and safety audits.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work at project locations across PAN India.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
