Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own Platform Reliability: Drive uptime, resilience and performance.
- Build SRE Capabilities: Establish reliability practices and incident management.
- Lead & Scale Teams: Mentor engineers and grow the SRE function.
- Automate Infrastructure: Strengthen cloud operations and deployment pipelines.
- Optimise Cloud Spend: Balance performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8+ years in SRE, DevOps or infrastructure; 2+ years managing engineers.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and database reliability experience.
- SRE Fundamentals: SLOs, incident response, observability and automation.
- Engineering Pedigree: Strong product/SaaS background preferred; IIT/NIT/BITS a plus.
