Job Responsibilities:

• Create and drive resiliency guidelines across engineering teams.
• Improve application reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Lead incident reviews and root cause analysis while implementing preventive measures.
• Build and enhance automation for infrastructure and application management.
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation using CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive SRE best practices.
• Contribute to architecture standards and help build an SRE community of practice.

Must-Haves

• Experience working with Banking/Financial Industry
• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong expertise in Distributed Systems & System Architecture
• Experience with High Availability, Resiliency & Fault-Tolerant Architecture
• Hands-on with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or On-Prem Infrastructure
• Strong Observability experience (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing, Alerting)
• Expertise in Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline Automation
• Proficiency in Python or Java or C#
• Strong Infrastructure Automation & Configuration Management
• Experience driving SRE Best Practices and Reliability Standards
• Excellent Architecture Design & Stakeholder Management skills
