Role: SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
Location : Bangalore / Mumbai –Mphasis Office

Role: SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
Location : Bangalore / Mumbai –Mphasis Office
Who are we looking for
- A highly skilled individual with strong SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) with 5 + years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a SRE (Site Reliability Engineer).
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Automate operational and repetitive tasks using scripting and tools.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Manage system capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability initiatives.
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Implement logging, monitoring, ing, and disaster recovery processes.
- Participate in on-call support and production incident management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
