Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an Application-Facing Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, performance and resilience of business-critical applications. You will use observability, automation and production-engineering practices to detect degradation early, accelerate recovery, eliminate recurring failures and improve operational readiness across the end-to-end application service.

What You Will Do

• Own and continuously improve the reliability posture of assigned applications.
• Build actionable monitoring and service-health visibility.
• Lead complex technical diagnosis during priority incidents.
• Eliminate recurring failures through rigorous root-cause analysis and permanent remediation.
• Improve application performance, capacity, resilience and recoverability.
• Automate repetitive operational work and standardize recovery procedures.
• Assess reliability readiness for releases and material changes.
• Partner across application, platform, observability, security, ITSM and vendor teams.

What You Bring

• Strong production application troubleshooting and systems-thinking capability.
• Hands-on experience with observability, APM, logs and operational telemetry.
• Experience with incidents, problems, performance analysis and reliability improvement.
• Scripting or automation capability and familiarity with modern delivery practices.
• Clear communication, ownership and the ability to influence across technical teams.
